What makes Warung Lotek Macan different from the others is its savory and original seasoning. The flavor of the spice is preferred because it is neutral, not leaning towards sweet and spicy. Another distinctive feature is the pink and crispy crackers.
A recipe that has been preserved for decades has kept Warung Lotek Macan hereditary. That said, this shop began operating in 1965, but has not sold the lotek. At that time only selling salad. It was only in 1974, this stall added lotek as its flagship dish.
Occupying an ancient house near the intersection between Jalan Maulana Yusuf, Jalan Diponegoro and Jalan Pangeran Kornel has been selling since the 1980s. Chicken satay here is a big piece of meat and the grill is quite evenly distributed.
